Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Slice the bananas into evenly-sized coins and freeze for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
  2. In a food processor fitted with the S-blade, pulse all the ingredients. A crumbly mixture will form, but keep pulsing until everything comes together and becomes creamy, approximately two to three minutes.
