A great take-along snack for your Chol Hamoed trip!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups potato starch
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 package ground walnuts
  • 1 package ground filberts
  • 1 bag chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips.

3. Add chocolate chips.

4. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheets.

5. Bake for 13 minutes.
