A refreshing recipe from kosher.com

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups melon balls (about 1 melon, such as cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Form melon into balls, using melon baller.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss together in a large bowl.
