Pink Lemonade

  1. Use your favorite homemade lemonade recipe, plus a few drops of grape juice for a nice pink color. Pour into popsicle bags.

Lychee Blueberry Mint Pops

1.Combine lychee juice (I used Ceres), blueberries, and coarsely chopped mint leaves. Pour into popsicle bags.

Iced Coffee Pops

  1. Dissolve instant coffee granules in hot water. Add sugar.
  2. Mix with whole milk and freeze.

Cherry Limeade Popsicles

  1. Combine one part each of lime juice, sugar, and pomegranate juice with two parts of water in a small pot.
  2. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Cool, then add a handful of pitted, quartered cherries.
  4. Pour into popsicle bags and freeze.

Tropical Popsicles

  1. Combine a cup each of cubed mango and cubed pineapple, two sliced peaches, and a cup of passionfruit juice in a food processor. Blend until almost combined, but leave it a drop piece-y.
  2. Pour into popsicle bags and freeze.
  3. For the adults: Add 1/2 cup of rosé or white wine to the mixture.

Two-Tone Popsicles

  1. Fill a popsicle bag halfway with Raspberry Lemonade or any juice of your choice.
  2. Place upright in freezer so the juice stays at the bottom.
  3. Once frozen, fill the bag with regular lemonade or any juice in a contrasting color and freeze again.
