This original recipe comes from Mrs. Raizel Hoffman of the Oorah kiruv department. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 lb. fillet of sole or flounder
8 oz. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. grated carrots
Medium onion, diced
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
1 c. onion soup from mix
canola oil for sautéing
paprika

Directions:

Stir fry onions and carrots for five minutes. Add spinach. When spinach has thawed, add bread crumbs, onion soup mix and garlic powder and sauté for 10 minutes. Cool vegetables and add egg. Put mixture at one end of each fish fillet and roll up. Put in baking pan. Pour onion soup over fish, sprinkle paprika over the top and bake for 1/2 hour.
